Le
matériel fournis a l'élaboration de ce site web tel
que photos, textes, images,... sont sous la
responsabilité du client. Le client est propriétaire
des images, textes et photos qu'il a fourni pour la
création et la publication du webdesign jusqu'à preuve
du contraire.
En
cas de litige, il incombe au bénéficiaire du webdesign
en question de régler le conflit soit en retirant,
modifiant ou supprimant la source du litige dans un
délais raisonnable ou de conclure une entente écrite
satisfaisant les parties concernés. Des frais seront
applicable au client en faute si des travaux doivent
être repris par Webdesign Passion Feline selon l'ampleur
des travaux et selon le temps nécessaire à la
réadaptation du webdesign.
Le client se tient responsable de
toute poursuite éventuel s'il contrevient aux lois en
vigueur concernant les droits d'auteurs.
En cas de mauvaise foi, de mauvaise
volonté, d'usage illégal ou de plagiat par le client, Webdesign
Passion Feline se réserve le droit de
reprendre et/ou supprimer le Webdesign entier du site du client sans
remboursement ou compensation.
Tout
les Webdesigns crées par Passion
Feline
sont protégés par le droit d'auteur (droit a la
propriété intellectuel). Les photos, images et les textes
demeurent la propriété exclusive de leur propriétaires
respectifs.
En
cas de conflits entre les parties, tout litiges
impliquant Webdesign Passion Feline seront traités selon la
législation du Québec, Canada.

customer is responsible for all material provided for the
developpment of this website such as photographs, text,
images, etc... The customer is the owner of the images,
text and photographs that her has provided for the
developpment and publication of the webdesign unless
otherwise stated
In
case of dispute, it is the responsibility of the
beneficiary of the website under dispute to resolve the
conflict, by removing, modifying or deleting the source
of the conflict within a reasonable amount of time or to
come to a written agreement which satisfies both parties.
Depending on the extent and time involved should Passion
Feline webdesign need to re-do the
webdesign, fees may be applicable and will be charged to
the customer at fault by Passion
Feline webdesign.
The
customer is responsible for all legal proceedings if he/she
contravenes to laws concerning copyright
In
case of bad faith, illegal usage or plagiarisme by the
customer, Passion Feline webdesign reserves the right to
repasses the webdesign of the customer's entire site ,and/or delete it without refund or compensation.
All
webdesign created by Passion
Feline
are protected by copyright (right to intellectual
property). The photographs, images and text remain the exclusive
property of their respective owners.
In
case of conflict between parties, any litigation involing
Passion Feline Webdesign will be treated according
to Quebec, Canada legislation.
